This recipe makes 12 jalapeno poppers!


  • 6 medium-sized jalapeno peppers
  • 4.25 oz of crab meat
  • 3 oz of cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Cajun Boy Seasoning
  • Bacon (optional)

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2

Mix your cream cheese and crab meat together in a bowl. Add one teaspoon of garlic powder. Add shredded cheddar cheese and Cajun Boy Seasoning to taste.

Step 3

Slice your jalapenos in half! Cut out the seeds and rind with a spoon.


Step 4

Fill your jalapenos with the crab & cheese mix. If you elect to use bacon, wrap the poppers in a slice of bacon.


Step 5

Bake for about 25 minutes.
